Welcome to the University Partnerships in Cooperation and Development
program. Administered by the Association of Universities and Colleges
of Canada, this Canadian International Development Agency program
funds knowledge partnerships between Canadian universities and higher education organizations in developing countries in Africa, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, Asia
and Latin America.
You'll find in this section the latest information on the more than 100 Tier 2 partnerships funded since 1994 and links to online resources on development
